Natural hair care is healthier and less expensive than the wide variety of bottles and jars available in the market as well as in your shower and bathroom sink. Homemade hair care products work beautifully. Removing dryness from the hair follicles is not an overnight task. It is a regular routine that you have to undertake to ensure better protection for your hair.



Try these home remedies for dry hair

  • Coconut milk and gramflour: Add two tablespoons of gram flour in a cup of coconut milk. Apply on the scalp and massage gently. Rinse the hair after few minutes. Try this method once a week and see what difference it makes to your dry hair. 
  • Olive oil/Almond oil: Regular massaging the scalp and dry hair with warm olive oil or almond oil is very efective. 
  • Coconut oil/Lavendar Oil:Add a teaspoon of lavender oil to the coconut oil. Heat it. Apply on the scalp and massage. shampoo the hair next morning. Follow this method twice a week for soft and shiny hair. 
  • Lime juice and coconut oil: Mix lime juice with coconut oil and massage regularly in hair and scalp. It will provide better health for dry and damaged hair.
  • Milk cream and lavender oil: Add few drops of lavender oil in one cup milk cream. Rinse off your hair after few minutes with mild shampoo.
  • Casto oil Apply castor oil, massage and then follow warm hot towel compress. This brings efficient result in reviving the lost health and shine of brittle hair.
  • Egg treatment: Apply one or two beaten eggs on scalp. Washed off thoroughly with shampoo after 10-15 minutes. This brings hair bounce and shine for dull hair.



To treat split endsSafflower Oil: Before applying oil, make sure your hair is dry and clean. Put a couple of drops of oil in the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together and then apply at the ends of your hair. Since you apply only a tiny amount, it won't make it appear greasy. The oil will, however, help to keep your dry hair in good condition with fewer split ends.Make your own conditioner for dry hairMake a conditioner by mixing one tablespoon of glycerin, one tablespoon of castor oil, a teaspoon of cider vinegar, and a teaspoon of tear-free baby shampoo or any herbel shampoo. Massage the conditioner into your scalp. Leave it on for 20 minutes then rinse well with warm water.


Follow these tips to treat dry hair

  • DO NOT blowdry your hair.
  • Use HOT OIL when you do oil massage.
  • Always use CONDITIONER at the time of bathing before any outdoor activities.
  • Use an UMBRELLA in sunlight. This will prevent dryness in air due to pollution and sun damage.
  • Dry hairs have a tendency to get split at the end. Regular trimming in 1-2 month gap will keep the problem away.
