  • Gram flour and coconut oil: Mix two tablespoons of gram flour to coconut milk. Evenly apply this mixture on the scalp. Massage your hair gently. After about 10-15 minutes, when the oil is absorbed by the hair, rinse it off with normal water.
  • Milk cream: Add milk cream to the above mixture. This  will condition the hair and make them shiny.
  • Natural Oils: Massage the scalp and hair with natural oils like as olive oil, jojoba oil, peanut oil, castor oil or coconut oil. Leave this on to the hair for about an hour. A regular massage with these oils helps in improving the blood circulation. It makes hair look non-frizzy and lively.
  • Beer: Well, have you used beer for frizzy hair? Try this out. Apply beer on your hair. Or you can gently spray beer on your hair. Doing this brings back the sheen of the hair. You hair becomes more manageable and less frizzy.
  • Egg yolk: Mix one whipped egg with a little amount of water. Massage your scalp with it for about 20 minutes, followed by a hair wash with a shampoo. This is also an effective remedy for frizzy hair.
  • Olive oil and egg yolk: Mix olive oil and egg and apply to the hair. After about an hour, use your regular shampoo and conditioner to rinse out the egg mixture.
  • Mayonnaise: Mayonnaise is one of the highly effective and at the same time inexpensive home remedies for frizzy hair. Simply condition your scalp with mayonnaise on a regular basis. Your hair will be healthier, shinier, and frizz-free. 
  • Natural Vegetable Glycerin: Add glycerin to your hair to control frizzy hair. 
  • Olive oil: You can simply apply a few drops of olive throughout your hair once daily. Or else you should add warm olive oil to your hair for at least half an hour once a week. This hot oil treatment will prevent your hair from becoming frizzy and unmanageable. 
  • Vinegar: Smooth out the cuticles of your hair by using vinegar to achieve an acceptable pH balance. 

Other Remedies for Frizzy Hair

  • Maintain a diet rich in essential vitamins and proteins. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Avoid exposing hair to dust and pollution.
  • Do not over wash your hair. It will take away the strands of natural oils in your hair.  
  • A good cut is very important to control frizzy hair. Trim you hair regularly. Do not opt for razor cut if you have frizz hair problem.
  • Be gentle with your hair, use a deep conditioner at least once a week.
  • Keep Away from Heat. Do not blow dry your hair. 
  • Use all-natural hair products if you are the type who use gels, mousses and hairsprays. These products possess a high alcohol content, which will worsen frizzy hair. Consider the use of all-natural hair products that help curb a frizzy hair problem.
  • Using a conditioner that contains coconut or castor oil to moisturizer your hair.
