  • Take half-a-tub of hot water, 4 tbsp of Epsom salt, add a handful of pine needles and 1 tsp eucalyptus oil. Soak your feet in it for half an hour.
  • Another option is to add 8-10 drops of eucalyptus oil and 5 drops of peppermint oil in a tub of hot water and soak your feet in it for 10 minutes. After this, use cold water over your legs. Pat dry with a soft towel. Apply a mildlyfragrant powder.
  • Burn sandalwood or lavender oil in an aroma lamp. The fragrance will completely relax you.
  • Light aroma candles such as lavender, sandalwood and rose, for a calming effect.
  • Deep breathing also helps you to feel relaxed. It regulates the oxygen supply in your brain and helps you feel better. To relax your eyes, try to rotate your eyes around, blink several times, look to your right and left a few times.
